Pneumatic anchor cable tensioning is powered by a pneumatic oil pump, which is transmitted through pipelines and the jack is used as an actuator to tension the anchor cable. The pneumatic plunger oil pump works with compressed air as the power, and controls the vane motor through the intake valve. The vane motor drives the two-stage oil pump (the first pump is a cycloidal rotor pump and the second pump is a plunger pump) to work. The high-pressure power is output through the reversing valve to enter the actuator tensioning jack. The high-pressure oil acts on the outer cylinder and the core shaft. The claw locks the anchor cable while the jack presses the anchor to achieve the anchor cable pre-tightening operation.
