● Always pay attention to the function of the oil mist device and monitor the lubrication level of the hydraulic and wind motors.
● Check if the rotor blades are aging, and regularly clean the down-hole hammer and wind turbine with diesel or gasoline.
● To prevent drill pipe tripping, reverse rotation is not allowed during drilling.
● To prevent mud and sand from entering the dth hammer when the machine suddenly stops running, a small amount of air pressure should be applied. If the impactor stops working for a long time, it should be lifted 1-2 meters from the bottom of the hole. Reset the device.
● When working, listen to the sound of the pneumatic rib drill and the operation of the machine to see if they are working properly. If any abnormal phenomena are found, the machine should be quickly shut down for inspection.
● To prevent sand from mixing with the down hole hammer and damaging parts or causing shutdown accidents, please pay close attention to cleaning the inside of the drill pipe when introducing new drill pipes. Usually, compressed air is used for multiple sandblasting and cleaning.
