Use And Maintenance Of Pneumatic Anchor Cable Tensioning
Jul 04, 2025| 1. Check the oil pipe and joints: Check the oil pipe and its joints at any time for signs of oil leakage, no rupture or other damage, no damage to the hose, and no oil leakage in all parts of the jack.
2. Change oil regularly: The oil should be changed every three months, and the oil tank should be cleaned regularly.
3. Keep the hydraulic system clean: The hydraulic system should be kept clean, the piston should be retracted after the cylinder is used up, and oil should be frequently added to the inner and outer diameters of the piston rod to prevent the piston rod from rusting.
4. Clean the oil cylinder and pipeline: The oil cylinder and pipeline should be cleaned frequently with clean kerosene to ensure the normal operation of the dynamometer and extend the service life.
5. Protect the joint: Pay attention to protecting the joint and avoid scratching it to avoid affecting the seal and normal operation.
6. Regular pressure test: The high-pressure hose should be tested once a year to prevent accidents caused by aging of the hose.
7. Work site voltage: The voltage at the work site of the tensioning machine shall not be lower than 360V.
8. Operating space: There must be enough operating space during operation to facilitate operation and avoid damage to the jack after pressurization.
