1. Daily Maintenance
After each use, clean the equipment surface of oil and coal dust, and check the oil pipe sealing and anchor head wear.
2. Quarterly Maintenance
Every 3 months, disassemble and inspect the inner wall of the anchor release cylinder for corrosion, replace the seals, and calibrate the pressure gauge accuracy.
3. Annual Comprehensive Maintenance
Replace the hydraulic oil at least once a year (or after 500 cumulative operations), and apply anti-rust lubricant to key components such as the piston rod and pins.
Special Operating Conditions Adjustment
In high-dust or humid environments, the maintenance cycle should be shortened to 2 months/time.
For long-term storage, drain the hydraulic oil and apply anti-rust oil to the metal parts.
