Pneumatic Plunger Pump Type Anchor Cable Releaser

 

 

The anchor cable puller is a special anchor puller used for anchor cable puller in coal mines. It is mainly used for stress release and anchor recovery of coal mine tunnel roof. It is characterized by large anchor withdrawal force, reliable operation, good sealing performance, long service life, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The product has the advantages of high efficiency, compact structure, small size, light weight, stable operation and small pressure fluctuation. The anchor cable puller is a special tool for disassembling and recovering anchors, anchor cable trays, anchor nets, steel belts and timely top release. The machine is light in weight, has large anchor withdrawal force, and the anchor cable support roof in the return air zone can be quickly top released. The anchor and anchor cable tray can be reused after recovery and testing, thereby reducing the amount of materials and saving support costs. The air intake area, old pond, goaf area, and return air area follow the advancement of mining, and the roof collapses quickly, which minimizes the storage space of gas and coal dust and eliminates the hidden dangers of gas and coal dust accumulation.

 

 

The mining anchor cable unanchor device is powered by a pneumatic oil pump, which is transmitted through pipelines and the jack is used as an actuator to unanchor the anchor cable. The pneumatic oil pump uses compressed air as the power, controls the vane motor through the intake valve, and drives the two-stage oil pump (the first pump is a cycloidal rotor pump and the second pump is a plunger pump) to work. The high-pressure power is output through the reversing valve to enter the actuator unanchor jack. The high-pressure oil acts on the outer cylinder and the mandrel. The claw locks the anchor cable while the jack presses the anchor to realize the anchor cable unanchor operation.
