Pneumatic Anchor Line Shears

 

 

Anchor Line Shears are suitable for 1850MPa high-strength low-relaxation anchor cables (steel strands) specified in GB/T5224-1995, and the corresponding steel strand diameter can reach 32mm. It works steadily and reliably, has a fast speed, is easy to use, and can make the fracture 10mm deep into the wall. It is an ideal equipment for prestressed construction. This product has the advantages of high efficiency, compact structure, small size, light weight, stable operation, and small pressure fluctuation.

 

 

The mining anchor cable cutter is powered by a pneumatic oil pump, and the hydraulic shear is used as an actuator to shear the anchor cable steel strand through pipeline transmission. The pneumatic oil pump works with compressed air as the power, and controls the vane motor through the intake valve. The vane motor drives the two-stage oil pump (the first pump is a cycloidal rotor pump and the second pump is a plunger pump) to work. The high-pressure power is output through the reversing valve into the actuator shear. The high-pressure oil acts on the outer cylinder and the core shaft, and the tool top press cuts the steel strand.
