Precautions for the use of pneumatic column drilling rigs

Operators using this drilling rig must carefully read this instruction manual, especially the part involving safe operation. Operators must wear earmuffs and tight work clothes, long hair must be tied up, and rings and other accessories are not allowed. Within the working range of 3M, except for staff, other personnel are not allowed to stay.
1. All joints must be tightened firmly.
2. It is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating drill and drill sleeve.
3. When the drilling rig is not in use, the air intake and water pipelines must be removed.
4. When the drilling rig is stuck, a large reverse torque will be generated. The operator must hold the rotary reversing handle in the "reverse" position to reverse the drilling rig.
5. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine before the drill rod is fixed.
6. The drilling rig is strictly prohibited from rotating without load for a long time.
7. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine if there is a fault in the air intake pipeline.
8. For safety reasons, the drilling rig should be anchored when using this drilling rig.
9. The housing of the rotary mechanism of this machine is made of cast iron and shall not be replaced or used with accessories from other companies at will.
