Safety Operating Procedures For Pneumatic Anchor Cable Releaser
Jun 12, 2025| 1. When replacing the jack tool anchor: screw the tool anchor jacket and the top pressure device to the bottom to prevent damage to the jack parts.
2. After the tool anchor is replaced: use a special wrench to penetrate the top pressure device to prevent the tool anchor from locking and the steel strand from being inserted.
3. During operation: use single hydraulic props and other equipment to lift the top plate to reduce the pressure on the top plate and assist the machine to withdraw the anchor to prevent the steel strand from breaking and causing the top plate to collapse.
4. If there is an abnormal sound during operation: stop the operation immediately for inspection; confirm that there are no dangerous factors before operating.
5. It is strictly forbidden to replace the oil pump equipped with this equipment at will.
6. Exhaust inspection: After the hydraulic oil system is connected, exhaust is a must. Place the hand pump slightly higher than the jack being used, move the reversing valve, shake the hand pressure rod to extend the piston of the jack, and then move the reversing valve to retract the piston. Repeat this operation back and forth several times to discharge the gas.
