1. Self-drilling anchor drilling rig

The self-drilling anchor drilling rig is specially developed for self-drilling anchor construction, giving full play to the advantages of self-drilling anchor construction technology. It consists of six parts: frame assembly, power assembly, drilling assembly, drilling auxiliary assembly, boom assembly and chassis assembly. For the application scenarios of self-drilling anchors, the parameters of the power head are optimized, which can perform high-frequency impact and high-speed rotation, make slag discharge smoother, and drill faster. The standard back-hitting function effectively solves the problem of stuck drills during drilling. 2. Excavation-converted drilling rig

The excavation-converted drilling rig is also called the excavation-converted hydraulic drilling rig. It is a construction equipment modified from an excavator. The excavator bucket is removed and connected to a hydraulic rock drill, and the hydraulic power of the excavator itself is used to work. The excavation-converted drilling rig consists of a hydraulic rock drill, a hydraulic control system, a feed system and an excavator platform. By installing different power heads, different functional actions can be achieved to be applied to different construction scenarios. The excavation-converted drilling rig is widely used in slope engineering, tunnel engineering, water conservancy engineering, road and bridge engineering, etc. It has many advantages such as economical and practical, easy installation, flexible rock drilling and drilling, and convenient and fast.

3. High slope drilling rig

The high slope drilling rig is a traditional anchor bolt drilling rig. Because the drilling rig arm is longer and the lifting height is higher, it can be used for the protection and reinforcement of high slopes. However, due to the defects of the drilling rig itself, if the slope rock structure is loose and broken, it must be supplemented by casing to open holes, and then the anchor rods are placed, and the construction process is relatively complicated.

4. Impact Drilling Rig
The impact drilling rig is also called impact rotary drilling rig. Its rock breaking force is mainly impact and supplemented by rotation. It is often called rock drilling rig. According to the position of the impactor, the impact drilling rig can be divided into down-the-hole type and top hammer type. The impactor of the down-the-hole drilling rig is at the bottom of the drill rod, and the impact force directly acts on the drill bit to break the rock; while the impactor of the top hammer drilling rig is at the top of the drill rod. The impact force first acts on the rod body, and then is transmitted from the rod body to the drill bit, and finally the drill bit breaks the rock. The common air leg rock drills, leg hydraulic rock drills, underground hydraulic rock drilling trolleys and tunnel hydraulic rock drilling trolleys in many geotechnical anchoring projects are all top hammer drilling rigs.

5. Rolling Drilling Rig

Rolling drilling rig is also called rotary impact drilling rig. It is the opposite of the impact drilling rig in breaking rocks. It is mainly based on rotation and supplemented by impact. This drilling method combines the vibration impact crushing effect with the shear crushing effect. Through the column teeth in contact with the rock, the vibration impact and the pressing force are transmitted to break the rock. Rolling drilling rig is suitable for drilling holes in medium-hard rocks and is often used in mining and oil exploration.

6. Cutting drilling rig

Cutting drilling rig mainly uses rotary cutting to break rocks, while applying a small axial pressure. It is suitable for drilling holes in soil or soft rock. Equipment that uses the cutting method to drill holes includes cutting drilling rigs, rotary drilling rigs, coal power plants, coal mine anchor drilling rigs, etc. Because the cutting action is mainly generated by rotary torque, it is also called rotary cutting drilling.
