Anchor cable tensioning equipment and its characteristics

When the hydraulic pump station starts working, the oil is sucked into the high and low pressure oil suction check valves by the plunger, and is pressed into the working tensioning jack through the high and low pressure oil discharge check valves. When the pressure rises to 1.5MPa, the low pressure overflow valve opens and the low pressure oil overflows back to the oil tank; on the basis of the above, the high pressure plunger continues to work and the pressure gradually increases. Push the tensioning jack to work, thereby tensioning the anchor cable. Then, turn the reversing valve to achieve the reverse movement of the piston and withdraw the anchor. When the pressure exceeds 63MPa, the high pressure valve opens, and the high pressure oil overflows from the high pressure valve back to the oil tank, and the pressure is always maintained at 63MPa.
