Precautions when operating a mining anchor cable tensioning machine
Nov 02, 2024| 1. Check the oil pipe and its joints at any time for signs of oil leakage. The high-pressure hose must not be damaged and there must be no oil leakage in all parts of the jack.
2. After removing the oil pipe, the oil nozzle must be immediately covered with a dust cap.
3. The top pressure device must be tightened with the middle cylinder and must not work when it is loose.
4. If there is no actual need, try to avoid the tension jack working under excessive pressure, especially when the middle cylinder has been retracted during the return stroke or the middle cylinder has been raised to the end during the lifting stroke.
5. Be careful to prevent the clamping of each part from being deformed and scratched during disassembly and installation. The parts must be kept clean during installation and the mating surfaces must be coated with lubricating oil.
