How to properly wear Anchor Line Shears protective gear?
Dec 31, 2025| 1. Safety glasses: Choose impact-resistant and splash-proof goggles, ensuring the lenses are scratch-free. When wearing, adjust the nose pads and temples to ensure the frames fit snugly against your face, preventing debris from entering from the sides.
2. Earplugs: Take an earplug and roll it into a small piece. Reach behind your head with one hand to gently lift your earlobe, and with the other hand, push the earplug into your ear canal to the appropriate depth. Allow it to expand and return to its original shape, ensuring a proper seal.
3. Protective clothing: Check for any damage before wearing. After putting it on, fasten all buttons or zippers, ensuring the cuffs and hem fit snugly against your body to prevent being caught in machinery.
4. Safety shoes: Choose shoes that are impact-resistant, puncture-resistant, and slip-resistant. After putting them on, tighten the laces, ensuring the tongue is flat and the laces are not exposed to prevent tripping.
5. Safety helmet: Before wearing, check that the helmet shell, liner, and chin strap are intact. Adjust the distance between the helmet liner and the helmet shell to 2-5cm, and tighten the chin strap. The tightness should be such that it does not slip when the head is lowered and there is no feeling of restriction when the mouth is open.
6. Other Precautions: During operation, no one should stand opposite the cutting hole of the cutter. Supporting personnel should stand to the side, maintaining a safe distance. Ensure all protective equipment is worn correctly and securely before starting work.
