1. Hydraulic System Problems: If the equipment fails to start or has insufficient power, check if the hydraulic pump is supplying oil normally and ensure the oil circuit is clear and the oil level is sufficient. If the cylinder is not full of oil or there is residual air, purge the air by running the system under no-load.

2. Mechanical Structure Abnormalities: If jamming or inability to cut the anchor cable occurs, it may be due to wear of internal mechanical parts or obstruction by foreign objects. Inspect and clean the relevant parts.

3. Locking Plates Failing to Retract: This is usually caused by wear of the locking plates, failure of the springs, or improper operation. Regularly checking the condition of the locking plates and springs is crucial to ensure normal equipment operation.

In addition, regular maintenance is also important. It is recommended to run the system under no-load every two weeks and perform a comprehensive overhaul every two years, replacing all rubber rings and checking all system components for looseness or damage.
