Preparation before using the pneumatic column drilling rig

(1) Clarify the purpose of the drilling rig after it is lowered into the well. When it is used to drill gas or water detection and discharge holes, the matching drill rod and drill bit should be prepared. At the same time, check whether the drill sleeve of the drilling rig matches the drilling tool.
(2) After the drilling rig is supported, connect the air pipe and pay attention to the connection according to the markings.
(3) Before the drilling rig is transported, prepare the site first. According to the inclination of the drilling hole and the length of the drill rod used, carry out top picking, bottom lifting or side expansion.
(4) Install the column first, and then install the guide rail, rotary power components, etc. after it is firmly fixed.
(5) Pipeline connection, connect the rotary power assembly, oiler and air source with a hose.
