The structure of the pneumatic column drilling rig

The machine consists of two parts: the main machine and the support mechanism.
1. The main machine consists of a rotary motor and a feed mechanism
(1) The rotary motor consists of a motor, a gear box, a reversing valve and other components. The reversing valve controls the opening and reversing of the motor. The compressed air drives the motor gear and the main shaft to rotate through the reversing valve, thereby driving the drill to rotate.
(2) The feed mechanism consists of a feed motor, a reversing valve, a rack and a guide rail. The reversing valve controls the feed motor to drive the driving gear on the rack to drive the rotary motor forward and backward to achieve the purpose of drilling.
2. The support mechanism consists of two cylinders, a 4000860537 cylinder connecting pipe, a cylinder reversing valve and a secondary support. High-pressure air controls the lifting and lowering of the cylinder through the reversing valve to achieve the purpose of tightening the top plate and stabilizing the drilling rig. The secondary support plays a role in assisting the drilling rig by adjusting the angle.
