Construction Process Of Self-drilling Anchor Rods

Preparation before construction: Check whether the functions of the drilling rig are normal, whether the drill bit and the rod body are damaged, whether the rod body is unobstructed, etc. After ensuring that there are no problems, screw the hollow anchor rod body to be used with the drill bit.
2. Drilling and grouting: Connect the rod body and the grouting pipe to the drilling rig through the rotating grouting adapter, and grouting is performed during the drilling process to achieve simultaneous completion of drilling and grouting.
3. Anchor rod body extension: If the length of a single self-drilling anchor rod does not reach the designed drilling depth, the connecting sleeve can be used to extend the length to meet the design requirements.
4. Install the pad and nut: After the grouting is completed, the pad and nut are installed in sequence on the part of the self-drilling anchor rod exposed outside the rock body close to the construction surface to ensure the anchoring effect.
