How To Solve The Problem Of Insufficient Power Of Pneumatic Anchor Drill Motor?

Nov 19, 2024|

The insufficient power of pneumatic anchor drill motor may be caused by many factors, which need to be carefully checked. First, check whether the air source pressure is in the normal range (0.4-0.65MPa), whether the air supply valve is fully open, whether the air supply hose is damaged, whether the diameter of the air intake pipe is too small, whether the length of the air intake hose is too long, whether the oil cup is blocked, whether the air compressor is working properly, whether the bearing is damaged, whether the pressure reducing valve is closed, and whether there is air leakage at the joint. Secondly, whether the filter and muffler are blocked, whether the filter needs to be disassembled and cleaned, whether the lubricating oil is excessive, whether the muffler is frozen, and antifreeze lubricating oil is recommended. Again, check whether the wrench pressure is in place and whether the motor valve needs to be replaced. Finally, check whether there is air leakage at the three-way shaft, whether the "O" ring needs to be replaced, and whether the motor drive torque is too small.
