Does the Pneumatic Anchor Cable Releaser need calibration after cleaning?
Dec 22, 2025| Yes, calibration is required.
After cleaning, the hydraulic system of the releaser may retain impurities or the seals may have changed condition, directly affecting its pressure accuracy and reliability. To ensure the accuracy of tension and construction safety, calibration must be performed after cleaning.
The calibration cycle is typically six months or 300 uses, whichever comes first. Calibration should be performed by a professional organization, and a certificate should be issued. During daily use, check the air and oil lines before each shift to ensure they are normal. After each shift, clean the equipment and add the specified hydraulic oil. Store in a well-ventilated, moisture-proof, and sun-protected warehouse.
