Pneumatic Air Leg Rock Drill has a wide range of applications and is most suitable for drilling horizontal and inclined blast holes in medium-hard or hard (f=8-18) rocks. It can also drill anchor holes on the top plate vertically upward. The diameter of the blast hole is generally 34-42 mm, and the effective and economical drilling depth can reach 5 meters. This machine can be used with FT160BD short air legs and FT160BC long air legs according to the size of the tunnel section. It can also be installed on a drilling vehicle or drilling rack.
Working Principle
Pneumatic Air Leg Rock Drill uses compressed air to drive the piston to reciprocate. During the stroke, the piston impacts the drill to break the rock: during the return stroke, the piston drives the drill to rotate a certain angle. Continuous impact.
