- Product Introduction
The Special Bolt and Anchor Cable Cutter for Mining is an explosion-proof cold cutting tool specially used for roadway support in underground coal mines. It is mainly applied to the quick cutting of threaded anchor bolts, round steel anchor bolts, prestressed anchor cables and steel strands. Widely used in roadway maintenance, fully-mechanized mining face retraction, roof pressure relief, waste support material recycling and underground emergency rescue.
Driven by hydraulic power, the equipment adopts spark-free cold cutting technology, which can work safely in high-gas, high-dust and flammable & explosive mines. It replaces traditional gas cutting and electric welding cutting, effectively avoiding underground fire risks. According to driving modes, it can be divided into manual hydraulic type, pneumatic hydraulic type and explosion-proof electric hydraulic type; structurally classified into integrated type and split type. Equipped with different cutter holders, it fits anchor bolts and steel strands of various specifications.

Precautions for Use
1. Strictly prohibited from use in areas with excessive gas content (some non-explosion-proof models).
2. Conduct a visual inspection before use to ensure that all parts are secure and undamaged.
3. For first-time use or after a long period of inactivity, perform several unloaded cycles to purge air from the hydraulic cylinder.
4. When cutting, the operator should hold the cutter handle with one hand and firmly grip the anchor cable/bolt with the other to prevent injury from being ejected during cutting.
5. The exposed steel strand length should be no less than 110mm to ensure sufficient operating space.
